At the heart of the microSHIFT Acolyte shifting system is the innovative SpringLock system, which uses a linear high-tension spring and a two-stage activation mechanism to keep the chain in place even on rough terrain.
To engage the clutch, turn the engagement screw clockwise until it clicks. The screw cannot be overtightened. To disengage the clutch when the wheel is removed, turn the switch back.

Direct cable routing for smooth and fast shifting.

Compatible with 8-speed cassettes 12-42T and 12-46T.

Compatible only with microSHIFT Acolyte shifting.

Version 2 provides better chain grip and retention.
