The BBT-118 puller, made from precision-machined 4140 steel, is a robust tool designed for the removal and installation of selected bicycle components with an 8-tooth clamping groove.
The BBT-118 is designed to be compatible with any bottom bracket with the appropriate clamping notch.
It has an extra deep body to accommodate extra wide axles, and low-profile walls at the engagement point for recessed circlips.
The BBT-118 has three connection methods – 3/8" square drive, 1" hex drive and 36mm flat wrench bits – allowing you to tackle even the most blocked components.

Installs and removes the following components using eight-tooth clamping surfaces:

Shimano® Octalink® bottom bracket cups on the drive side with external notches
ISIS Drive bottom bracket shells including Truvativ® and Bontrager®
Chainring lockring for Bosch® Gen 3, Gen 4 and Gen 5 electric bike systems
Specialized® Levo Brose E-Bike Chainring Lockring

Tool specifications:

3/8" 4-edge
1" and 36 mm flat wrench parts
8 notches with a nominal inner diameter of 37.6 mm and an outer diameter of 42.7 mm
Internal space: 31.14 mm (1.226") depth (from tool face) x 22.48 mm (0.885") diameter
