IN-MOLD technology, also used in the production of the Alpina PANOMA helmet, is a process in which the material of the inner shell is foamed into the outer shell of the helmet under high pressure and high temperature. The result is a complete connection and an extremely stable helmet structure with low weight. The safety in the event of mechanical influences, e.g. when hitting a pointed object, is therefore significantly higher in IN-MOLD helmets than in point-glued helmets.

The PANOMA bicycle helmet is equipped with a removable visor. The high-quality patented size adjustment system ensures that the helmet fits perfectly on almost any head shape. 23 ventilation holes ensure ideal airflow in the helmet and ensure excellent ventilation even on hot summer days.
