SiS PROTEIN 20 - Protein bar - nutritional supplement. With sweetener.
Protein is a key source of energy for active individuals, whether they are focused on endurance sports, the gym, team sports or just want to live actively. While carbohydrate intake can often change every day, depending on the workload of that day, protein intake should never worsen.
Use: To maximize muscle regeneration and muscle growth, you should ideally have a quality protein intake of 20-40g every 3-4 hours. PROTEIN20 can be consumed immediately after exercise or tenth between meals to supplement your daily protein intake. Consume a maximum of two bars a day.
