SiS Beta Fuel offers the maximum amount of carbohydrates in a ratio of 2: 1 maltodextrin to fructose and reduces gastrointestinal problems.

The product mixed to a concentration is 80 grams of saccharide (2: 1 maltodextrin: fructose), 20 mmol / l sodium and 500 ml liquid per dose.

Dosage: Mix one dose (84 g) of Beta Fuel with 500 ml of water and drink only very small sips and often during exercise lasting more than 2.5 hours. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
